Anthony Connor Partner Practice Areas Banking & Finance Property Commercial Law Corporate Intellectual Property

Anthony acts primarily for banks and financial institutions providing a wide range of advice in relation to banking and property transactions including related stamp duty advice. Anthony also acts for property developers in the acquisition, finance, development, sale and leasing of commercial property. In addition, Anthony advises a number of financial institutions in relation to the negotiation of computer contracts and licenses and other intellectual property issues.

Anthony was formerly Corporate Counsel at Challenge Bank Ltd/Westpac where he provided the Bank with general corporate advice. Anthony continues to provide commercial advice to Christensen Vaughan’s corporate clients.
