Lee is a founding partner of Christensen Vaughan. He is an experienced practitioner in insolvency law (in all types of insolvency administrations – including both pre and post appointment – for all persons involved including, creditors, both secured and unsecured, debtors, both individual and companies and others). Lee has extensive experience of banking and finance, equity and commercial litigation. He is qualified to practice in New South Wales, South Australia and the Northern Territory and is also qualified to practice in the High Court of Australia. Lee has acted for an impressive range of clients on complex insolvency issues as well as banking and finance issues.
