Extensive legal experience and peer recognition of their abilities led two noted insolvency lawyers, Lee Christensen and John Vaughan, to join forces in September 2003 to form a new and dynamic legal partnership – Christensen Vaughan.
Within weeks the experience and promise of the firm was recognised and it was offered membership to a national federation of law firms known as the Kennedy Strang Legal Group.
The Kennedy Strang Legal Group was launched in February 2003. It brought together four law firms with the aim of providing national coverage of expert legal advice from a select group of recognised commercial law firms in Australia. The four firms forming the Kennedy Strang Legal Group were:
The Kennedy Strang Legal Group required a fifth member on the West Coast to provide national coverage. With the creation of Christensen Vaughan a worthy fifth member had been found.
